By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and able to enter into this Agreement. If accessing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

2. Description

Genrefinder.app provides tools including:

• Music genre identification based on song files, URLs, or lyrics
• Recommendations for new songs by genre
• Playlist creation features

We continuously develop new features, and these Terms apply to all current and future functionality.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the Platform may require you to create an account. You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials safe and do not disclose them to anyone else
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

4. Platform Usage

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically you must not:

• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Harm, exploit or harass others
• Reverse-engineer, interfere with, or circumvent our systems
• Use automated means to access or scrape our Platform without permission

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality available on Genrefinder.app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We hereby grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You shall not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our content
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent

6. User Content

By uploading content to the Platform, such as song files and lyrics, you hereby grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to process and use the content solely for the purpose of providing the functionality requested. You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit the content and that the content does not violate any applicable laws or rights of third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genrefinder.app and its affiliates, employees, and agents will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Errors, interruptions, or security breaches affecting the Platform

Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you have paid for the Platform, if any, in the past six months.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@genrefinder.app. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective as of the date they are posted on this page, and your use of the Platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
